Arts SMART is a Community Prevention Initiative, Arts enrichmart / parent involvemetn program that share ideas about prevention of Alcohol & Drug Use, Sexual Behavior and other Risky Behaviors. The program is for 3 to 7 year olds and uses karate, dance, music, and drama.
