  continuous employment.

• 33 days per year beginning with the 6th year of
  continuous employment.

• 38 days per year beginning with the 11th year
  of continuous employment.

All Frontier Health employees are covered by the Worker's Compensation Law when an employee is injured on the job.

Group Insurance

Frontier Health offers insurance for regular full-time employees:

• Health

• Dental

• Long-term disability

• Life

The employee pays a portion of individual, two person and family health coverage costs. Additional life insurance may be available for regular full-time employees at their own expense. Frontier Health participates in Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, and Worker's Compensation Insurance programs.

Employee Retirement Plan

Frontier Health offers an employer-funded 401(a) qualified retirement plan and employee-funded tax sheltered annuity plan 403(b) for eligible employees.

Tuition Reimbursement

Frontier Health regular full-time employees are eligible after two (2) years of employment to apply to participate in the Tuition Assistance Program. Participants must apply and be pre-approved. The program assists employees to further their job-related education by helping defray the cost of tuition and lab fees.
