Frontier
Health offers integrated time off with pay program that combines
all earned time off opportunities into one Paid Time Off (PTO) account.
This replaces the traditional vacation, sick and holiday pay.
Regular full-time
employees are eligible to accrue PTO:
• 28 days per year
during the first 5 years of
continuous employment.
• 33 days per year
beginning with the 6th year of
continuous employment.
• 38 days per year
beginning with the 11th year
of continuous employment.

The employee
pays a portion of individual, two person and family health coverage
costs. Additional life insurance may be available for regular full-time
employees at their own expense. Frontier Health participates in

Health regular full-time employees are eligible after two (2) years
of employment to apply to participate in the Tuition Assistance
Program. Participants must apply and be pre-approved. The program
assists employees to further their job-related education by helping
defray the cost of tuition and lab fees.

Health provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all eligible
employees and their families (spouse and dependent children). The
program provides confidential mental health and chemical dependency
treatment services.
