Outpatient behavioral health, mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring programs for children, adolescents and adults are provided at Charlotte Taylor Center. Services include individual and group psychotherapy, marital and family counseling, pharmacotherapy, psychiatric consultation, crisis services, parenting classes, case management, consultation & education services, Comprehensive Child & Family, and C&Y Continuous Treatment Team.
Other services at CTC are Child Abuse Prevention, a parent education group is offered at no charge for parents. It includes parent education groups, and distribution of parent education materials; and Project BASIC, an early intervention classroom program that targets appropriate expressions of feelings, social skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills with fun, challenging activities. Also provided is mental health education, early intervention, teacher consultation and school climate projects.
